Objective:

This workshop will present an easily implemented model that will improve customer service by building trust and empowering problem-solving, support, and appreciation. Participants will practice using the model, discuss specific applications for their culture, and develop a plan for implementing changes in their workplace.

Outcome:

Participants will leave this class with an enhanced ability to appreciate
