This engaging workshop will present a simple, effective model that allows participants to face change with confidence. Groups will have an opportunity to experience, practice, and process applying The Intelligent Choice model in a variety of challenging scenarios. Groups will generate an implementation plan for the workplace.

Participants will be able to effectively apply The Intelligent Choice four-step model to productively embrace change and come out ahead. This workshop will increase competence and enthusiasm for making positive change.
