Our Process
We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your current situation and where you would like to be. We want to understand your team's purpose and determine how well your team understands it. We'll meet with the team leader to clarify his or her vision for where this team is headed. We'll review who is on the team and how each role impacts success. Then we'll survey each team member and identify your team's strength and weaknesses.
We'll evaluate the data we collect and provide each member of the team a copy of our findings and a written recommendation for how to move forward.
Standard cost: $1800 (for a 10-member team)

Step 2.
The Kick-off
Adventureworks' recommendations will include a 1- to 3-day kick-off meeting that focuses on uniting your team around one clear vision and purpose. During the meeting, team members will work together to set goals and establish an integrated, cohesive approach to reaching them. The group will undertake essential tasks that lay the foundation for future success, and participate in numerous activities designed to build trust, increase collaboration, and improve the team's ability to work well together.
The team can expect to emerge from this kick-off meeting refreshed, energized, and in alignment with organizational goals.
Following this meeting, Adventureworks will provide your team with full documentation of all that was achieved and recommendations for ongoing success.

Step 3.
Ongoing Support
Adventureworks' ongoing support provides accountability, information, and practical tools to ensure your team's success. As you proceed with "next steps," we'll help you anticipate and overcome obstacles that may arise as your team executes new strategies. We'll keep your team on track by helping you avoid pitfalls that result in silo-ing, hoarding information, finger-pointing, and defensiveness. Adventureworks' ongoing support ensures that your team continues to gain momentum, accomplish goals, and set new ones.
