FAQs
Here you'll find the answers to the most common questions relevant to all of our Adventure Parks.

There is no minimum number of participants required to schedule a zip or adventure course tour. We often group individuals or small parties together, but if you are the only ones booked at your chosen time, the tour will run just for you or your group.
Tour duration varies by location. Please check the specific park pages for detailed information.
We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and ensure staff availability. You can book online or call us at +1 (615) 297-2250
Weekends fill up quickly, so booking a week or two ahead is best. We also accept last-minute bookings if space is available.
We operate rain or shine. You might get wet! Tours are only canceled for severe weather like high winds or lightning.
Change of plans? No problem! You may reschedule or receive a raincheck up to 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to staffing and scheduling.
Dress comfortably like you would for a hike. Wear closed-toed shoes—no flip-flops or sandals allowed. Avoid jewelry such as watches, rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Most activities take place in the shade, so sunglasses aren’t recommended unless necessary. Dress for the weather and bring rain gear if needed. In cold weather, wear a close-fitting hat and gloves that fit under your helmet.
Zip tours: Minimum age is 8 years. Aerial adventure courses: Participants must be at least 12 years old to participate without an adult. Children ages 8 and up may zip or climb if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone under 18 must have a signed release form if not accompanied by a parent.
Zipline tours require moderate fitness and participants must weigh under 260 pounds*. Aerial adventure courses are more physically and mentally demanding. All participants must be able to climb stairs. Pregnant women and individuals with serious health issues should not participate. Contact us with any concerns—we’re happy to help you decide. *We limit weight to under 260 pounds because heavier participants experience greater forces on landings, increasing injury risk. Athletic participants near the limit usually manage fine; unathletic participants should consider this carefully.
Pricing varies by location, tour type, and participant age. Please see each park’s page for details.

Our courses use warm-ups, games, and team-building challenges to promote cooperation, trust, problem solving, and risk-taking. Participants explore personal strengths and group dynamics. Time is dedicated to reflection and applying lessons to real life.
You can stop the zip tour at any point and walk back to the starting platform if you choose not to finish.
