What's included in a customized corporate team-building program?

A custom Adventureworks program is built around your team's goals and can include DISC and Myers-Briggs personality assessments, leadership development sessions, facilitated strategic-planning and vision-building meetings, ice breakers and energizers, and trust and problem-solving activities. Programs typically run 2 to 6 hours and can be delivered indoors, at your site, or at one of our challenge ropes course locations. Adventureworks has designed experience-based programs since 1987.

How do DISC and Myers-Briggs assessments fit into team building?

We use DISC personality profiles and the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory to help teams understand how they communicate, make decisions, and work together. These assessments anchor workshops in executive leadership development, team development, effective communication skills, diversity training, strategic planning, vision building, and conflict resolution facilitation, all firmly rooted in experiential, interactive methodologies.
